Golfers Elbow

Strictly speaking, Golfer’s elbow is the inflammation of the tendons in the inside edge of the elbow. That is with the palm of the hand facing forwards. However, I’ve also found that people also say they have golfers elbow when thay have pain in the muscles of the forearm in this general area.

I don’t mind which it is, I can fix both. It is just a matter of applying massage and stretching techniques.
